Preventive care services are generally covered at 100%. Generic preventive prescription drugs are covered in-network. Please note, there is no hospital coverage with this plan. Well Premium MEC Plan

The Well MEC Premium plan provides basic in-network only coverage with no deductible for covered services. For in-network doctor visits and specialist visits, you will pay a copay at the time of service. Preventive care services are generally covered at 100%. MVP Bronze Plan
